This site collects no learner or client data. It is a public site about what we study and what we build. Nothing on this domain is connected to any instrument we operate.
Analytics
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages get read. That means a cookie and the usual coarse signals — pages viewed, approximate region, referrer, browser. We don't sell it, we don't join it to anything else, and we don't try to identify you from it. Browser or extension settings that block analytics work here; the site does not degrade if you use them.
If you write to us, we keep the email so we can reply. That's the whole retention policy.
Research participants
Published TalentVector research is collected from independently recruited participants under its own consent, separately from anything we build. It never draws on customer production data. Participants are told what is collected before they agree to anything.
